SHE'S FROM GABON AND SHE SINGS FROM THE HEART, SHE'S AN AMAZON -TITA NZEBI

Thank you guys for writing me these little notes of encouragement...it's truly needed sometimes and so appreciated all the time...thank u vraiment:)

Tita is my type of female African artist a la Sally Nyollo...u know those type of women who live and breathe traditional music..In the progressive society we live in, I always wonder where do they take the consistency and determination to stay true to our roots, playing w/the rythms and beats of their lands..

Tita was born in the South of Gabon where she fell in love w/music, she knew she wanted 2 see what was out there...what was in other lands..so her thirst of discovery took her to Paris where she experiences loneliness, we've all been there...feeling like ok dang I'm here so what do I do next..

Tita didn't stay defeated long, she invested herself in her music and today she's working on releasing her album..

Her music reminds u of your village, your grandmother, our tradional African values w/1 bit of jazz...lovely music :)

Here's her myspace page:
